Refund Policy

Refund is applicable if user receives damaged/wrong products from us due to mistake from our side. To request a refund, simply send us mail at contact@internationalswitchgears.com with your purchase details within 1 or 2 hours of your purchased item. Please include your complete order details (sent to you via email after ordering) and please tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are processed within 1-10 working days only after communication with customer and knowing the reason and if justifiable.
